| Hello! We have a furnished room available June 1st, 2025 for 8-12 months in a 4-bed house. Shared living, kitchen and bathrooms. $950/mo all-inclusive heat, hydro, central air, water, internet, laundry, dishwasher - Furnished - double bed with captain bed with storage underneath and three drawers - closet - desk and chair by the window - side table with storage - mirror and garbage - tall dresser Pets: There is a friendly cat who resides in the home. Her litterbox is in the basement and she doesn't come to the upper level. She stays on the main level. Smoking: non-smoking household Storage: we have space in the basement to store tires, seasonal items, ski/snowboard gear, etc. *Free street parking until November and 1 spot for overnight parking Located on Peter Street N. in Orillia walking distance to two small shopping plazas, Tim Hortons, groceries, trails, waterfront, downtown and bus stop. You will be sharing the common areas with 3 males who are working professionals (1 guy early 20s, 2 guys early 30s). All doors have locks on them for added security. We have a great dynamic in the household, where we are all respectful towards each other and keep the place tidy and clean. Backyard has a hammock, firepit, and gazebo set up for the summer and fall to get some fresh air while studying and/or hanging out. Interested applicants will be required to provide 3 character references, first and last month rent, and proof of income/or proof of OSAP for school. Hope to chat soon! |
