To all renters, please beware. The landlord who owns this duplex and the property manager will not perform any maintenance on this property. The property is beginning to fall apart. As a tenant, I have been trying to have maintenance and repairs completed for almost 1 year. They refuse to even respond to requests but will gladly take your money each month.
