I am leaving Ottawa for the summer and subletting my 1-bedroom apartment from June 14 through to the end of either August or September. The apartment is the first floor of a Centretown house. It is very cozy and I have lived here happily for over 5 years. (Cute cat in some of the photos not included as she will vacation elsewhere but fyi that a cat has lived in the space.) It is a 1-bedroom layout but with no door on the bedroom. Ideal for a solo professional. Easy walking distance to downtown. Rent is $1604 per month (will account for partial months as necessary). Outdoor parking is available behind the unit for an additional $150 per month. I can add Internet for $65 per month. The unit is fully furnished but please bring your own bedding and towels. It does not have a tv but you are welcome to my electric piano and book collection. No central air but I have a window AC that keeps the bedroom and living room area comfortable.
