| 1380 Prince of Wales Drive Starting May, June or July We each get our own bedroom. The rest of the apartment is shared. Your room is unfurnished. There is 1 bathroom. Laundry machines are available on the main floor of the building. This will be a sublease, meaning I pay the full rent to the landlord, & you give your half to me. Rent, electricity and internet are all split 50/50. The water is free. |
