| Hello! We're looking for one new roommate to join our four-bedroom home starting August 1st. The pictures are a little old, i swear the house is much more clean and organized now. About the House This is a female/AFAB-only, smoke-free, and pet-free household. Located in the Iris neighborhood, close to IKEA and just an 8-minute bus ride to Algonquin College. We live in the upper unit of a duplex bungalow and share garbage duties with our downstairs neighbors. The rent is $650/month, with hydro and Wi-Fi shared separately between us. Landlord handles snow removal and yard maintenance. ️ About the Room The room is 9’ x 9.5’ with a 2’ x 5’ closet. Shared bathroom with two other housemates. Room can be furnished (double bed frame and mattress, desk, desk chair, coat hangers, mirror, shelves, small bookcase) for additional price. ️ Common Areas Fully furnished living room and kitchen. Shared spaces are kept clean and organized — we follow a weekly chore schedule and house rules we all agreed on. About Us We're a friendly bunch — two of us are animators/freelance artists, and one is a baker.
