| Female roommate wanted for townhouse in Stittsville by the CTC. Beautiful 3+1 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. Currently looking for someone to take over my roommate’s half of the lease in August or September of 2025. Only 1 other person living in the home and only looking for 1 roommate. Included in the rent is - 1 furnished medium sized bedroom - 1 non furnished office space on the main floor. - 1 private bathroom beside the bedroom Price will be $1100 per month plus half of utiltities, usually about $150. Included in the house is - Shared kitchen and living room - Laundry on top floor - Basement which is being used as a storage and gym area - Garage and (1) driveway space. I have 1 SUV so the other would be available - Backyard area and nice front porch House is close to all amenities - Groceries (No Frills, Food Basics, and Walmart) - Restaurants - Centrum - Bus Stop (Huntmar and Maple Grove) - Highway 417 On ramp - Canadian Tire Centre Existing tenant is a 30 year old female who works full time from home. I have lived in the house for 5 years now and am looking for a good roommate combination.
