| June 1 - Fresh & Furnished I’m a young working professional who works more than I should. I feel like it’s a good opportunity for someone to share this home with (and its contents!). The Home: The home is virtually brand new. It is a modern townhome that was recently constructed. I purchased it new, and take extremely good care of it. It is spotless. It is located on a quiet street, however it is walking distance to coffee shops, three grocery stores, and bus routes. There is free street parking and driveway parking. The home is fully furnished, and you wouldn’t need to bring anything; this includes a queen size bed and dressers. I do have a cat who is friendly and roughly 2 years old. Amenities: -Your own full bathroom -Heat & Air Conditioning -Oven & Stove -Microwave & Toaster -Fridge & Freezer -Washer & Dryer -Weights & Workout Bench -TV & Apple TV -Wi-Fi We will share the home, so of course you have full access to it. The third bedroom is set up as an office which I use for work. You will of course have full use of the kitchen, dishes, cooking utensils and accessories. We will split the monthly expenses (water, hydro, gas, and internet) 50/50. This will be roughly $130 per month. The Room: The room itself is a 10x12 with its own closet. You have your own (non-shared!) bathroom. The room is currently furnished with a queen mattress and frame, along with nightstands, and a dresser. Ideal Roommate: The ideal roommate needs to be extremely tidy and professional! No smoking, or pets. Available as of June 1, although I can be flexible on a later move-in date. |
