| Located on the border of Little Italy and Hintonburg, this unit is conveniently placed within 15 minutes (bus and/or walk) to all amenities! The bedroom available is approximately 10' x 15'. In addition to the room, you also get access to half of a spare bedroom which has been converted into a shared office space (it's a mirror image of the bedroom). The apartment itself is shared with myself (26f) and my partner (26m) whose bedroom is located in the basement. Move-in date is set for June 1st, but the room is available immediately. What's Included: -All utilities and internet (which is Unlimited Gigabit, if interested) -In-unit laundry -Dishwasher What's NOT Included: -Parking -Furniture (however, the living/dining room is furnished) No pets No smoking indoors (there's a psuedo patio for that) Single occupancy only Last month's deposit required to sign-on, first month is due prior to getting the key.
