| The room is very spacious with your own ensuite bathroom. The property has 2 floors. The first floor has a kitchen, powder room, balcony and living room. The second floor has the bedrooms which both have ensuite bathrooms and there is in suit laundry on the floor. Right across the street there is Nepean woods bus station. As well as shoppers drug mart, metro, Starbucks, GoodLife and more shops. Movati is a 5 minute walk. Utilities aren’t included in the rent price. They are about $100-$120 each a month.
