| We are looking for a housemate to rent a 11'x11 room in our 3-bedroom house, located on Plymouth Street, starting June 1st. The house has free on-site laundry, lots of storage space, and a backyard. It is located right down the street from several bus stops. Walk score of 88, and a bike score of 100. I'm a 27yo male working full time, respectful and quiet. Sadly, I am allergic to Cats and dogs, but other pets are welcome. The other roommate is 24yo, a full-time student, and also quiet. Rent is $700-800$ a month. 600$ + $150-$200 utilities. We are looking to find someone ASAP as our current housemate is moving away end of the month. Parking is possible, but not ideal, as the driveway is small and there's already one car here. There is street parking.
