Looking for a tenant for the second bedroom of my two bedroom apartment located at 265 Daly Avenue, Ottawa. it is a very nice apartment in a great location that is walking distance from many great stores and restaurants in the ByWard Market. The ideal tenant would be a none smoker that is quiet and respectful with previous rental references. I am looking for a 6 month lease that would subsequently be month to month. Rent would be $850 per month plus half of wifi and hydro.
