| Hi, I have a room available for rent in Ottawa near the south keys bus station. It's about 5 minutes away from the train line/ bus station and shopping plaza. The price is all inclusive for everything including heating, ac, internet, water, and hydro. Access to living room and kitchen, on site laundry and dryer downstairs in the basement. I have a home gym which is off limits to roommates. I am a working professional and the other roommate is also a working professional, but he will be leaving potentially in September. I would prefer a student or working professional. There is a cat in the house, and while he is very friendly I don't think he would do well with another pet, so I would be looking for someone with no pets. The room is currently being used for storage, but upon request I would be providing it furnished with the bed, dresser, and folding desk pictured.
