Looking for roommate for a gorgeous modern home in Barrhaven. Super close to shopping, and longfields station is right across the street, so very easy to get around. Need someone to help me cover costs and bills. Looking for someone clean, and reliable. Not open to couples. I'm allergic to dogs unfortunately, so not pet friendly. Comes with a hot tub, multiple TVs, a PS5 including VR headset, finished basement, all available for use. Price is 850 + bills or 950 all inclusive. Larger room available for 1300.
