Yet, you're just blocks away from the all the amenities you need, including groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and Carlingwood Mall. This large 4-bedroom, 2-storey home boast hardwood throughout, freshly painted walls, new doors, and windows. The kitchen comes fully stocked with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, espresso machine), plus everything you need for baking and cooking delicious meals, including good, sharp knives, lots of pots and pans, cutlery, measuring cups, a blender, and a mixer. There are 4 bedrooms. The master has a very comfortable queen-sized bed with a new medium-firmness memory foam mattress. Another bedroom has a new, soft-firmness memory foam mattress for a double-sized bed. The third bedroom has a single bed and desk. The 4th bedroom is currently an office space. It comes equip with an electronic sit/stand desk and three large computer monitors. You simply need to plug in your own laptop. There are several couches with sitting areas, including on the top floor, main level, and in the basement. The top-floor media room has toys for children, an abundance of Lego, and lots of space for arts and crafts. Laundry is available in the basement. Outside, you'll enjoy a serene and tranquil setting on either the front stone patio or backyard under the gazebo. There is a propane BBQ and a hot tub. Your home away from home is quiet, comfortable, and serene. Access to a car is also optional. |
