The location cannot be beat! 1 Private bedroom with large east facing windows complete with own private bathroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Shared modern kitchen, dining and living area that opens up to a relaxing balcony. Bedroom has new furnishings. Shared spaces comes furnished with all the utensils and appliances that you would need (plus in-unit washer and dryer)! Wonderful amenities which include a gym, yoga room, sauna, party room, courtyard, theatre room and gorgeous rooftop terrace! Secure underground parking available for $150 extra a month. Other items included in the rent: -secure bike storage -kitchen appliances - fresh bedding and towels - utensils and dinnerware - in-unit washer & dryer -utilities - wifi. About You: A clean, quiet, easy-going and respectful female. A non-smoker is also a must, and although I do like animals, I am not looking to add a pet into the space :).
