| Private bedroom available in a beautifully renovated spacious 4 bedroom house. This room is on the second floor with a large window and great sun light. The room has a closet with built-in shelves and drawers. It is furnished with a queen sleigh bed, night stands and a dresser. There are three young working professionals in their twenties living in the house, two males and one female. The bathroom with glass shower and vanity with storage is shared with one female. There is lots of space for everyone to have their privacy and large common spaces. We share the kitchen, dining room, living room, main floor powder room, basement laundry with sink tub and basement rec room with fireplace and wet bar. There is also a large back yard with two sitting areas and a 4 car driveway. All utilities, cable and internet are included. ABOUT THE ROOMATES: Home owner lives in the home with quiet working professionals in their twenties. We are two male and a female looking for one other house mate to share a great space and enjoy life. We respect each other's privacy while enjoying spending time together. We're easygoing when it comes to living together and yet hardworking when it comes to our professional goals. We are trustworthy, respectful, tidy and want to create an environment where you can simply come home and be yourself. One of our house mate has a very friendly cat.
