| 3 Bedrooms Available for Girls in a 4 Bedroom House. Fully Furnished and Outfitted for your stay! Available for September 1, 2025. 8 Month Lease. Current tenant is a very lovely and mature 3rd Year Trent Student. She is a thoughtful and considerate housemate who is very friendly and fun, yet serious about her studies. She has enjoyed the house and all neighbourhood amenities in East City over the past year and is choosing to stay. We are looking for 3 people to join her. The house is not typical student housing; it was a popular Airbnb, usually occupied by professionals and visiting families until recently. The updated home features a newly renovated and fully outfitted kitchen and a spacious back deck with loads of seating. The open and very comfortable living room/dining room has a relaxing beach feel. The primary bedroom with a queen size bed and full bathroom complete the main floor. The second bedroom with another queen sized bed is downstairs, as is the third bedroom with a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is smaller with a single bed and is also downstairs. A second full bathroom and laundry facilities are downstairs as well. Note all bedrooms have desks and closets. Students have full and private access to the entire house and yard, with parking for 4-5 vehicles. The house is also conveniently located close to the Trent Express Bus Route (George/Simcoe Stop). The East City neighbourhood is just the best location; close to Rogers Cove and Del Crary Park, you can walk across the Otonabee River bridge to downtown Peterborough in a matter of minutes Please - no smoking, no pets. Monthly rent for large furnished rooms is $875 and includes all utilities. Smaller room is $725 and includes all utilities. Please note that an 8 month lease is offered, to provide for your flexibility. Possibility to extend for following school year.
