| I am a single father to a 11 month old son, i was renting a two bedroom and had someone sign the lease for me as my credit is bad so basically co signed for myself and son, but its been a year of greatness and suddenly they dont wanna cosign anymore and terminated lease. Now im risking home for my son & myself, i am 28 years old, my son is 11 months old, we are quiet and very clean, we just need a place thats reliable and safe for us! And someone thats willing to work with me having bad credit from the past, i believe theres something out there for us to call home! I do work full time for stokes roofing! And am paid weekly, have worked for stokes for 2 years now, and the place i am living ive lived for the last year, now that lease is up im worried to have no home for my son, i can AFFORD 1700 a month no problem, with work and i also am on CCB, hoping someone that reads this has a apartment for rent either 2 bedroom but one bedroom would be ideal whatever i can get accepted for my son sake! Its a scary thought to think of my child to ever go homeless. |
