| We have a room becoming available in early May, but we can wait for the right person. The rent includes water, heat, electricity, internet and laundry. We can provide some furnishings if needed. We are ODSP and OW friendly and prefer direct deposit or direct cheque rent payments. The house is currently occupied by a couple guys in their early 30s and a couple guys in their 50s. Everyone has their own private bedroom. Common areas are shared and maintained by everyone in the house. If you are interested, please respond with: 1. Your name 2.
