| Please read entire ad* I'm looking for a housemate. I am a single mother to a teenage son and I currently rent a house with another single mother. She is moving out in July so I need someone to share the house with. I live upstairs with my son, and the new housemate will have the basement area. ***it's not a separate basement apartment*** The basement has a very large area that can be divided into a bedroom and living room, or two bedrooms if you hang a curtain. There is also a private half-bath downstairs that will be solely yours. The kitchen is shared. The shower/bathtub in the upstairs bathroom is shared. Laundry is shared. The garage, yard, and basement storage is shared. All utilities are included in your rent, including internet. There is lots of room for parking in either the driveway or garage. House has AC, lawn is cut by landlord. There is an unfenced backyard. We are off Chemong so it's a super quiet street, near all amenities, very close to an elementary school, and near busses. I am open to having another single mother as long as the child is respectful and reasonably quiet. This space would only be suitable for a person with one child, not multiple. Also would be a great space for a single person or a couple. I have a dog who is 10.5 years old. He's pretty laid back and mostly just sleeps. I am willing to consider someone with a dog or cat, as long as they are friendly and well behaved. We are pretty quiet people, clean and respectful. We keep to ourselves. Looking for someone similar. Prefer a one-year agreement to be signed. Available July 15th or Aug 1st. If the ad is up, it's still available. Will not respond to "Is this still available" messages.
