| Looking for roommate ( short / longer term ) for the two level downstairs , to share with semi retired single Male who lives in the upper levels. 2000 sq. ft. 4 level back-split in Forest Glade Windsor. Furnished all inclusive. You have the bottom 2 levels , pictures are of the area. * NOTE * , I am looking for someone who travels out of town for a job / family / etc... , Or Is here for a new job and travels home for significant other / family on days off , or might move to Windsor with family soon , looking to purchase a house , find your own place , etc... Or have a contract job to work construction at the new EV Auto Plant / the Howe Bridge / Construction... , and travels back home for family etc.. on off days. I am NOT looking for a full time local roommate. Includes : Hydro. Gas. Water. Internet. Laundry. Separate entrance. Separate up/down door to have privacy between levels. Desk for laptop or computer. All linen , towels and bedding provided. 40" TV. I do not have cable. I get movies and TV series from the library. Street parking right in front of the house. Access to: Two lower levels. Own living room , bathroom , bedroom. Laundry. Separate back door covered entrance. Basement has a kitchen with small fridge , toaster oven , cooktop , microwave , blender , coffee pot. All supplies and dishes provided. Must: - be full time employed ( or soon to be when moving ). - one person only. - personal and profession references ( will be contacted ). - month to month , first and security. - 30 day notice. - besides personal possessions / clothes , there is no storage. Although the rent is month to month I am looking for someone semi longer term ( preferable 3 month minimum up to as long as you need ). This gives you the option to move if you buy a house or rent your own place , move in with significant other , are here for a short term work program , etc... Basically you have half the house for much less than renting an apartment or hotel and paying all the extra fee's. Availability is May 1. I will hold the room empty for the right person if your situation is a little later than that.
