All amenities including groceries , banks, Hospital, Clinics and shopping malls are close by. Panchvati grocery store is in walking distance only. Place is suitable for students, working professionals & couples. House rules: Tenants are responsible for cleaning their room and bathroom. Rent must be paid on time without needing follow-up or reminders. No smoking and partying. No overnight guests unless approved by the landlord. Laundry is available for the weekend. Please be respectful to each others. First and last month's rent and Proof of ID and income are required. NO PETS, No Party and no smoking please.
