| Ok so im paying $1700 plus utilities for a full house. Near Dougall and Tecumseh. I can’t afford it at the moment. So looking to rent theDownstairs. I’ll be going down there for laundry mainly. And I have a small storage area down there. Your side has a huge bedroom. Plus an area outside the bedroom. It could be like a couch and tv area. Or whatever u want. You could put a mini kitchen or something or you are welcome to use the kitchen upstairs. Unfortunately there is only one bathroom, it’s at the top of the basement stairs. So we’d. be sharing that. You have a privet entrance in the backyard. I’m asking 600 per month. First and last. A little bit about me. I have 2 kids that are loud sometimes. I have a dog and a cat. I don’t care if u have pets. . And I’m loud as well so if your someone who likes peace and quiet. This is not for you. I don’t care if u smoke down there or if u have people over. But I don’t need a bunch of traffic going in and out all night if you know what I mean. Im easy to get along with So if theirs any issues don’t be shy. Cuz I will definitely let you know if you are being annoying. I’m not going to do a credit check. But I am going to write something up saying if u don’t pay. U gotta get gone.
