| Offering monthly stay rates at the Sandman Hotel Oakville located at 3451 South Service Road West in Oakville, ON. - The amount per month is $1800 (inclusive of taxes) based on min 30 days. - Pet fees are applicable. - Payment must be provided in full via credit card only upon arrival. No cancellations or refunds if deciding to check out early. - An authorization hold will also be taken for a security deposit and incidentals for charging priviledges to the restaurants. - If there is no damage or no additional charges - the authorization will be released. - There is no formal lease agreement, offer is month to month - however the Hotel has the right to terminate the guest stay at any point (rates may change at discretion of Hotel but guest would be notified in advance). - Once a week housekeeping service will be provided and will need to be scheduled with the Front Desk. - We have a pool, hot tub and fitness facility. - Free wifi.
