| Exclusive promotion/early bird special: book your week in April for only $3000/week instead of $3500! This is a Designer’s family cottage with modern amenities for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. Large lakeside windows and sliding doors in all 3 front rooms (master bedroom, living room and kitchen) open to the spacious main deck overlooking Lake Huron. There are two smaller lower decks for dining and relaxing. A flight of steps leads to the rocky waters edge. The cottage has great wifi and is perfect for remote working, if desired or needed! It is an open concept design with the entrance, dining area, living room and kitchen co-mingling and allowing for maximum togetherness. The living room contains one large sofa, and two loveseats. There is a gas fireplace for heat and ambience and a television. Off the kitchen there is a gazebo with large windows on all 4 sides which is perfect as an individual get-away for some private time – morning coffee, afternoon nap or quiet dinner. The 3 bedrooms contain a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in each of the other two. One of the queen bedrooms has a twin size bed nook perfect for a little one. The cottage comfortably sleeps 3 couples and a child. We also have a cot for an additional bed for a second child. There are two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a claw foot tub. The latter also contains a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove and a microwave and dishwasher. The cottage is a short 5 minute drive from Southampton and 10 minutes to Sauble Beach – both have beautiful sand beaches. There are several golf courses nearby and Southampton tennis club is perfect for daily or weekly tennis lessons and court access. Art classes are also available in Southampton. Bikes can be rented in town to enjoy riding (or walking) the old railway trail. Located ten minutes from downtown Southampton; here you will be removed from the hustle and bustle of your regular life and dropped into a summer paradise...this is the best fresh water swimming there is!
