There is a large Kitchen, a Theatre room and a large back yard with a deck. Furnishings include individual control air conditioning, a queen size bed, and a large dresser. In the private sitting area which is next to the bedroom you will find a 42” TV with HD-DVD player, fireplace and a small fridge for your convenience. The private balcony is newly renovated and large, measuring 12'x15'. There is also monthly housekeeping in the shared areas of the rest of the house. Looking for a responsible non-smoker who wants to live close to the Festival theatre, University of Waterloo Stratford Campus and/or downtown. First and last month is required. |
