The unit is a 2x2, so you have a private bedroom and bathroom with personal locks. The bedroom and kitchen are shared and feature brand new appliances that have been gently used by my roommate and I. It's fully furnished. The living room includes a couch, two tables, a storage shelf, flatscreen TV, and a small kitchen. The bedroom includes a bed and mattress, nightstand, flatscreen TV, desk, chair, closet with dividers, and curtains over a huge floor-to-ceiling window. Since it's on the sixth floor facing Brock, it offers a very nice view. The price includes a monthly cleaning service and internet. Utilities are separate, but generally total to about $35/month. There's tons of extra stuff included at Parkway such as nearby laundry rooms on every floor, guest parking, a gym, large kitchen and study rooms, and a large play room, plus monthly events with free food, giveaways, and more. |
