The 321/421 bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, and the 332/432 and 320/420 bus stops are the same 3-minute walk away. The commutes are very quick and busses comes every 20 mins The monthly payments will be made directly to me, or the tenant can give the rent to the landlord. There is a willingness to negotiate if the room will be furnished or not. Please call me urgent as this is an urgent request to find a tenant quickly.
