| Hello, I'm looking for a wonderful tenant to sublet my 1-bedroom apartment this summer (June-July-Aug/ dates somewhat flexible) (550 sq ft). It's clean, fresh and very quiet. It's on the top floor of a low rise, with a balcony facing west that gets the most beautiful sunsets. It's in the annex, 1 block from Bloor, and 5 mins walk from both Spadina & Bloor subways, cafes, restaurants, etc. Fantastic location and very central. It’s well taken care of, warm with a nice sense of style. However, if you’re looking for a condo or condo ‘look’ of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, this is *not* the place for you. Think plants, paintings and 1970 bathroom, . Parking including, and wifi; laundry in the building. Verrrry quiet , non-partying building. Perfect place to come home after being out. I’m looking for someone mature, responsible and reliable. Someone who I can trust with my home, and who I know will take good care of it as they enjoy the apartment and the area. Non-smoker, no pets. Looking forward to hearing from you.
