| Small room in a four bedroom basement apartment. Rent covers all utilities and wifi. We do complimentary cleaning every month and a half or so just so everyone can live comfortably. We do ask the tenant to just clean up after themself. It’s month to month. (First and last) Its minimum of a 3 month stay. Looking for male tenant. (The other tenants are all male so it just works out better that way) Working or student. The room is available June 16 or July 1st. (Or anytime in between/prorated) The other tenants all work full time hours if not more so it’s pretty quiet during the day. (No ones home during the day) |
