One and a half bathrooms with laundry facilities and all utilities included (and soaps, coffee beans, water filters and bathroom tissue too)! The house is currently occupied by 2 female professionals and the landlord lives on the first floor. He is a super nice guy: a retired music teacher who likes to relax, talk movies and make songs! He is looking for either a graduate student or a working professional for approximately a one year lease. No pets, no smoking and no insense. He encourages health and fitness and is actually willing to pay your monthly gym membership (Planet Fitness) for one year, which is about 3 stops away or a 20 minute walk! The location is very ideal: you can get buses to Christie, Dupont, St. Clair, St. George and Spadina subway stations. All of these bus stops are a four minute walk away. Close to shopping (Dufferin Mall), restaurants, parks, schools; ie. George Brown College (Casa Loma Campus). There’s a female cleaner who comes once a week to clean all the common areas, so you just have to take care of your own room. I’ve added pictures of the room: there’s a nice deck out back where you can do bbq’s and gardening and, there’s lots of musical instruments in the house if you’re into that! And a chill porch in the front and 2 house bikes available anytime! And a house E-Scooter! (Excellent for shopping at Loblaws on the corner). House entertainment includes Netflix, YouTube Premium, a large screen smart tv with unlimited high speed internet (fibre optics). The bed is Queen size mattress. And there is plenty of closet space and central A/C . There is also a desk for working and studying and a dresser for clothes! The kitchen and bathrooms are shared with the other housemates. The kitchen has a fresh grind coffee machine, a Vitamix blender, an indoor bbq, a cold press juicer and an herb garden. The last tenant said, “Thank you again for being such a great landlord!
