Hey girls! I’m looking for a FEMALE to share a beautifully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment starting June 1st. The rent is $1400/month for a stunning room in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath condo with amazing east-facing views at the Harbourfront. Please note that the bathroom is shared. You’ll be living in a gorgeous, spacious unit with a view of the CN Tower and Rogers Stadium, just a 10-minute walk from the Financial District. The building has great amenities including a gym, movie theater, and a rooftop overlooking the lake with grills. Parking is available for an additional $200/month. Unit Features: • Fully stocked kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, air fryer, blender) • Cozy living room with sectional sofa, coffee table, and plants • Unlimited high-speed internet Room Features: • Furnished with a single bed, • Also includes a 6-drawer dresser, everything you need to feel super comfortable in this room! Neighborhood Features: • Beer store and Shoppers right under the building • Lakefront and H2O park just a 2-minute walk • Streetcar stop right across (510 and 509) • Union Station is only 4 stops away (<5 mins) • East-facing, lots of sun all day • Farm Boy (5 min walk) and Loblaws (12 min walk) Utilities: To keep things super affordable for everyone, utilities are just $50 during the summer and $20 for the rest of the year — as long as the AC or heating is used mainly at night for sleeping. Electricity is crazy expensive here, so this way we all stay comfy without getting hit with high bills. If the AC or heat ends up being used more during the day, we’ll just split the extra cost between the three of us — easy and fair. Requirements: • First and last month’s rent • Proof of employment • Credit score or proof of funds The landlord requires one month’s notice if you plan to move out. This is a 2-month sublease with a required deposit, with the possibility of extension. Ideally, I’m looking for someone interested in a long-term arrangement. The initial two months will give us all a chance to see how things go and if we’re a good fit. If everything works out well, the sublease can definitely be extended. About us: Hey girls!
