| Seeking a roommate to rent out the entire basement of a 3 story house, which includes a full 4 piece bath and small kitchen with mini fridge. Use of shared backyard and garage for storage. Asking $1435 per month plus electric, gas and internet (about 80-100 per month). Occupying the top 2 floors are 3 friends in their mid-30s. We all work full time with different schedules and have a big dog. The dog doesn’t go to the basement but we ask that you are mindful of keeping the gate in the backyard closed. We are looking for someone who is clean, chill, polite and willing to communicate about any issues or concerns about the home. We are an LGBTQ++ friendly home and seeking someone who aligns with that. We ask that you provide - proof of income/employment - landlord and roommate references - first and last We are doing showings on Wednesday May 21 and Thursday May 22 in the evening.
