The kitchen/communal area is on the main floor, with access to a fenced in backyard space that gets lots of sun and needs a bit of love. The basement has a washing machine, de-humidifier and clotheslines (laundry dries quickly). Everything (air-conditioning, heating, internet, etc) is included in the rent. No pets.
