| Hello! [Please do not contact if you are not female!!!] I am looking to transfer or sublet my room as I have moved away from the area. It is a bedroom in a 3-bedroom unit. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with my two female roommates (both graduate students at UofT). The unit is on the ground floor of a 2-story house and is five minutes walk from the Northwest corner of UofT. It's close to stores, pharmacy, bakeries, and a 10 minute walk from Spadina station (Line 1 and 2). Bloor street is a few minutes walk from the place and has all the stores and amenities you could need. UofT's gym is five minutes away. It's ideal for students or young working people. I am looking for a female person who will be clean and respectful to my roommates. My roommates are quiet and we keep a regular cleaning schedule. The rent is $1150 per month, including all utilities except for internet. Internet is shared with my roommates and your share would be another ~$13 per month. The landlord is generally responsive. There's nothing in the apartment that is broken or not working, to my knowledge. The bathroom is small but decently maintained. I can also sell you my furniture (twin bedframe and mattress) for $100 total if you are interested. It is already in the apartment so you will not have to move or ship anything. The current lease ends August 31st. The bedroom is available as soon as possible, and you can choose to stay until the end of the current lease or renew the lease. Please forgive the mess in the pictures - I have moved away and have not been back to take new pictures! The room will be freshly cleaned and empty when you move in.
