| Found a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment at 16 Yonge. the price is including a private washroom. I am posting the add on behalf of a friend who looking for a roommate with stable income and looking to move from 1-July-2025. A little about my friend - works in Airline industry and has office 5 days a week. Keeps the place clean and nice. Not pet friendly (but open to negotiation if you have a small dog). For the sake of transparency, looking to sign lease together. About the place - Pinnacle centre has one the best amenities in whole of downtown. Squash court, bbq, indoor pool, theatre, study room, etc are just name a few. The place comes with no locker or parking. Please ping if you are interested. |
