| This is a very spacious 2bedroom apartment in Yonge/St Clair area. Ideally looking for responsible person, clean and respectful. I am very easy going and common sense is the most important for me. The room is fully furnished with a brand new bed and mattress with bedsheet, pillows and comforter, computer desk and chair, nightstand and a floor lamp. The closet is also large and it has a built in shelf to the ceiling. The bathroom, kitchen and dining area are shared with 2 other people. Total of 3 people in the apartment (including you). No smoking, no drugs and no parties. Kitchen can be used 24/7, but no cooking from 11 pm to 7 am, and no strong spices at all. I have all kitchen appliances you’d need for making your food. Laundry in the building. 8 min walk to St Clair subway station, which takes you to downtown Toronto in 10 mins, bus 13 from Avenue Rd, is 3 min walk away, takes you to UofT in 10 mins. Longo’s grocery store is 1 min away plus all other shops and restaurants mostly on Yonge st which is 8 min walk away. Working professionals and students welcome. I don’t discriminate on ethnicity basis, race, sexual preference etc. Monthly rent includes all expenses - high speed WiFi, heat, water, hydro… |
