If you’re looking for more than just a place to crash, something that actually feels like home, keep reading. Our townhouse is bright, relaxed, and welcoming, located in Davenport Village (Junction-Wallace Emerson area). I'm looking for a kind, respectful female roommate to share this space with - someone who values open communication, good vibes, and a clean, comfortable home. What’s available: One of two options is available according to what works best for your budget and lifestyle. I’m in one of the rooms - the smaller one, but I’m totally open to switching if the smaller room suits your budget better. The most important thing for me is finding the right person. Option 1: Master bedroom A spacious, light-filled room with its own private balcony and a walk-in closet — perfect for extra comfort and a little personal sanctuary. $1350 plus 25% utilities. Option 2: Smaller bedroom A cozy, charming room with a large private storage nook just across the hall. There’s also a shared garage locker for even more storage. $1150 plus 25% utilities. What else you get: Two shared bathrooms, one full and one half (no waiting around in the mornings) In-house laundry, no coins, no hassle A comfy living room for hanging out or winding down A fully equipped shared kitchen (but feel free to bring your own favorite gadgets) Rooftop patio access, entry is through my daughter’s room, but we’ll just set up easy ground rules for respectful use The neighborhood: We’re in Davenport Village - a walkable, community-focused area full of character. You’ll be close to grocery stores, great restaurants, green spaces, cute local shops, and more than enough coffee options to fuel your day. It's a friendly, welcoming neighbourhood. The fine print: Move-in date is June 1st, but I’m flexible for the right person First and last month’s rent required Room will be unfurnished when the current roommate moves out but I’m happy to help you source a few basics if furniture shopping isn’t your thing We have a part-time dog, so being dog-friendly is important Guest policy: Overnight guests are limited to close friends, family, or long-term partners. Stays must happen in your room, and I just ask for a heads-up and open, honest communication. About us: We’re a friendly mother-daughter duo who enjoy cooking, having friends over now and then, and watching comfort shows (ie. Gilmore Girls). My daughter is a part of the home, she’s full of energy and sweetness, and while there’s a bit of kid clutter from time to time, we keep things clean and balanced. I usually take the lead on keeping things tidy but appreciate a shared effort. Communication is key here - no drama, just real conversations. PS. my current roommate who is moving out was my roommate for 5 years! You’ll also see my daughter’s dad around regularly. He lives up north but visits often in his camper parked out front.
