The room includes a bed with mattress, desk, chair, and a closet. Shared kitchen and bathroom with 2 quiet and friendly women under 30. WIFI and utilities are included. There is a large outdoor space with a vegetable garden, BBQ, and a fire pit. Coin laundry on site. Steps to St.Clair Street car and 12 minute bus ride to Dufferin Station. Looking for another student, or a full time working individual. Minimum 12 months lease is required. We would like somebody in the same age group, clean, and respectful of others. No pets please.
