| I’m looking for a roommate to fill the third floor room in the upper 2 levels of a house, located five minutes from Donlands subway station. The room is part of a 2-room attic unit, and you'll have the whole upper level to yourself—no other tenants currently occupy the second room. I am the owner and live on the second floor with my cat; so unfortunately no other pets are allowed. There are no other tenants; I travel a lot, work from home, and am very quiet, so I’m looking for someone who will also be quiet and responsible. No overnight guests or parties.
