| I am searching for a gay friendly roomate that would like to rent out my bedroom. It is a decent sized bedroom and you would have your full privacy. Please note the room is not furnished. !!!!!I will be staying in the living room where I have created a separte beedrom by installing a divider. There is a small living room left with an open concept kitchen that would be shared by the two of us. There i also access to the balcony. Washroom and kitchen will be shared by the tow of us. About me : 55 years old open minde gay male. I speak english and hungarian. I am clean , freindly guy, but do not do any drugs or parties and only drink very very occationally. However , I do smoke. If this is a deal break for you , I can just smoke outside on the balcony. I do enjoy cooking and spend time with my frineds outside. What kind of roomate would be ideal for me ? I would prefer a guy that is quiet , no drugs or drama, no parties, and gay friendly. You are welcome to bring over your date , but no overnight guests allowed. The rent would be $1000 a month (only first month needed ). Wife included , Hydro would be shared ( estiamte is$30 per person) The room is avilable from June 1st and prefer someone that would be staying long term.
