There is a kitchen, washroom, and large nice balcony you will share with the 3 other tenants on the floor. They are all quiet and clean males. Also a large hallway, good for storage. Room is furnished, and for the rent you only pay $850, not any utilities. You only have to pay for internet which you share the cost with the other roommates. The location is very very good, a 2/3 minute walk from Dufferin or Lansdowne subway stations. The house is right by Bloor street, and a 6 min walk to Dufferin Mall, which has Walmart, Nofrills ect.
