The 511 Bathurst streetcar stop is directly out the front door and the 501 Queen streetcar is a 2 minute walk away. FreshCo, Loblaws, and Shoppers Drug Mart are all within walking distance. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are all in-unit. Internet and utilities are included. We are looking for a quiet, clean, and tidy housemate who likes cats. We have 2 incredibly friendly ones and, unfortunately, cannot accept any more pets. The room is available June 1st for the right tenant. $990/mo. First and last month's rent is required.
