We are a couple (me and my boyfriend) with a small, friendly, non-shedding dog looking for a roommate to share our spacious, fully furnished apartment near Yonge & St. Clair subway station. About the Apartment: Fully furnished & clean with a fully stocked kitchen (all kitchen tools available for use). 1.5 bathrooms: You will have your own private half bathroom (sink and toilet) and share the shower/tub in the main bathroom. Bedroom: Comes furnished with a queen bed, mattress, nightstand, and closet. Balcony: Facing south with beautiful views of downtown and natural light throughout the day. Smokers are welcome, but please smoke on the balcony only. AC: Free to use as much as needed. Building amenities: Coin laundry, library, and garden—great for dog walks! Pet-Friendly: We have a small, friendly, and non-shedding dog. Dog owners are welcome! Small to medium breeds only, please. No large breeds.
