| Available immediately : ) Large (12 ft by 14ft) bright room for rent for women only. (no exceptions). Second floor and washroom shared with two other young women. I own the home and have the third floor. (I am not tyrant landlord! : ) I just share my home and am very private. Wi-fi, laundry and all utilities included. Use of great kitchen (dishes and many small appliances, baking things are plentiful) and family areas, yard and front porch. !!! MUST be happy and comfortable with friendly large dog and two cats. Unfortunately, I cannot accept any additional pets. Great, safe neighbourhood, minutes to NoFrills, Danforth shopping, east Chinatown, coffee shops, library, great parks etc. Very short walk to TTC.
