| This is for when needed. You are a studious, quiet, non-smoking male student (17 to 23 years old) who will help keep our home clean and tidy. The price will be what you can afford to pay. Life out there is not easy and I am willing to help 2 students. Consider it like a scholarship. The price of $0 to $500 includes 3 good meals a day Monday to Friday, brunch and dinner on weekends and on holidays. You supply your own beverages, desserts and snacks. Central AC/Heat, cable, Wi-Fi, and electricity are included, as are all cleaning supplies, bedding, and towels. The extra-large main room, you will share with another male student of your age. I sleep in the master bedroom. This place is near Yonge and College, with the subway steps away. You need nothing except your clothes and personal hygiene products. Walking is 5 minutes to Toronto Metropolitan University and the Eaton Centre, 10 minutes to U of T and the Financial District, and 15 minutes to George Brown College on King St. East.
