| This is for when you need it. You are a studious, quiet, non-smoking male student (17 to 23 years old) who will help keep our home clean and tidy. The price will be what you can afford to pay. Life out there is not easy and I am willing to help 2 students. Consider it like a scholarship. The price of $0 to $500 per month includes 3 good meals a day Monday to Friday, brunch and dinner on weekends and holidays. You supply your own beverages, desserts and snacks. Central AC/Heat, cable, Wi-Fi, and electricity are included, as are all cleaning supplies, bedding, and towels. The last 2 students that lived here paid $750 each and you might pay nothing. It will be your responsibility to tell me why you should live here for nothing or almost nothing. The 600 sq. feet of common area is your space and your roommates space when sleeping at night. This is not a private room as there is no door. This is your bedroom but also the living room, dining area, kitchen, and study area when not sleeping at night. This common area is very spacious and has 2 single beds separated by 3 square metres of open space, a 75 inch TV, 3 desks with swivel chairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, lots of extra chairs and an additional large table. There is an open kitchen with an island and 2 bar stools. There is lots of storage space. During regular up hours, I also use this area (9 AM to 11 PM), I sleep in the master bedroom. This place is near Yonge and College, with the subway steps away. You need nothing except your clothes and personal hygiene products. Walking is 5 minutes to Toronto Metropolitan University and the Eaton Centre, 10 minutes to U of T and the Financial District, and 15 minutes to George Brown College on King St. East.
