| Hello and Welcome, I am helping my 80 year old mother find a short-term roommate. We are looking for a quiet and respectful individual who enjoys seniors, understands their need for routine and complies with house rules. My mother has personal support workers during the day to assist her with taking her to appointments, running errands and companionship. She loves people and would love to share the occasional coffee, dinner or chat together. She enjoys art, classical music, and was a Waldorf teacher. The apartment is in a seniors housing complex that backs onto a beautiful property of the Richmond Hill Waldorf School. The view out of the windows is beautiful and serene. You can hear the birds chirp in the morning and the sunrise will come into your window. Ideal for someone with a car, however, bus options are close by. Major intersections are Dufferin/Bathurst St and Rutherford Road. We are currently looking for a short term sublet. If during this time we find that its a good fit, we might be open to a longer sublet. We are also looking for someone who does not work from home and is out of the home during the day. Shared features include a kitchenette (hotplate/toaster oven), fridge, pantry, bathroom, and living room. Internet, and air conditioning in the unit. No smoking, no pets, no overnight stays and guests welcome with advanced notice. Please respond with a detailed description about yourself, and interest in the sublet.
