| My two housemates and I are looking for a new roommate starting in June or July. It’s $775/month for two rooms (a bedroom and office) and your own bathroom in the basement of our detached house. We have a cat, front porch, backyard, driveway for parking, and garage for bike storage. Internet and utilities are about $100/month. We’re located close to the Waterloo rec center and Perimeter Institute, about a 10 minute walk to uptown Waterloo and a 15 minute walk to the edge of the University of Waterloo campus.
