| Looking for a single person to sublet my room from May 2025 to September 2025 with the option to sign a 1 year lease from September 2025-September 2026. Move in date is flexible from lat April to early May. The price for subletting may be negotiable, but the 1 year lease option is firm. Ideally looking for a graduate student or 1st-4th year student, but young professionals are welcome. Currently all of us are graduate students. Landlords are amazing and live in the same neigborhood. 1/3 rooms available - Base rent is 816.67$ (utilities not included, but are on average 90$). - Room is un-furnished (option to borrow/purchase furniture from me). - Optional 1 year lease agreement starting in September 2025. - Co-ed living optional (currently 3 males) House details: - 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house. - 2 shared, 2 private bathroom. - Included 1 (maybe 2 depending on car size) covered parking, 2 uncovered parking spots - Partially furnished living-room, basement, kitchen, and deck. - Reverse osmosis water filter - On-site laundry room/machines. - Bus route 31 direct trip to UW campus bus terminal. - Close to many amenities like Costco and FoodBasics - LOTS of storage space (winter tires, indoor bike storage, etc) - Large back yard that landlords manage. - Air conditioning/heating included. |
